Shipping and Returns



Carriage Charges:

  • UK carriage charges are £6.99, excepting N.Ireland, Highlands and Islands where the charge is £7.99. Orders over £200.00 to any of these destinations are free.
  • European carriage charges are £18.00 to EU countries.
  • USA and Canada are charged at £28.00
  • Australia , New Zealand £30.00.

Delivery Times:

In each case delivery from our stock will be 7 - 21 days, if we are out of stock you will be advised by return. We will not charge your card if the goods are not in stock except for special orders.

With custom made clothing items, delivery time from the placement of your is an average of 28 days due to the unique nature of your ordered item. This can vary according to the level of orders.  

Our Returns Policy:

You may return any order for any reason with in 7 days. You must give us written notice of your intention to return and the goods must be in their original packaging, unworn and in perfect condition. Goods returned that have been used or damaged will not be refunded. Returned items should be sent by recorded delivery – we cannot refund items that our lost in transit.

Custom made items (such as our make me a pair service) are unique items supplied specifically to your measurements: therefore we will only accept back such items if they are faulty or have been incorrectly manufactured. If the item has been made to the correct measurements supplied by yourself then we cannot accept liability for returns.

In the unlikely event that your goods prove faulty after your purchase; we will refund or exchange them. We will not refund or exchange goods damaged after they have reached you. All foot wear and clothing will not be accepted back in line with Health and Safety guidelines unless it has been thoroughly cleaned.

If returning goods from outside UK please mark the goods as “RETURNED UK GOODS” and affix the appropriate customs form. Failure to do this could lead to Customs Duties being incurred and charged to your account.
